Refund policy

Conditions (Exchanges and withdrawal): You have 30 calendar days from receipt of the product/s to withdraw from the contract without justification. Unfortunately, we are not able to exchange products. You will need to process the return and place a new order.

Conditions (Returns): Ecoalf will be responsible for any non-conformity that may arise within the period established in legal regulations.

Refund: Ecoalf will refund, where appropriate, the corresponding amount, without undue delay and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have elapsed from the date on which they were informed of the return. The refund will be made by the same means of payment with which it was paid. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have submitted proof of the return of the goods, depending on which condition is met first.

Returns and Exchanges Process
The return and exchange period is 30 days starting from the day of delivery of the order.
ECOALF will proceed to refund the amount of the returned product/s, through the same means of payment by which the purchase was made by the Customer, deducting the shipping costs of the order initially paid and the return fee.
Please note that you can only exchange an item for the same one in a different size or color.
If you are buying our products is because you care about the planet as much as we do. We have designed, produced and transported them to have the minimum impact, will you help us to continue reducing CO2 emissions by avoiding returns? Thank you for being part of the change.
Returns: $6 / 6€ in the United States and the rest of the world.
In case of exchanges, the return will be free and the shipping of the new item will be charged.
We do not accept returns of bottles, personalized products, or any product of the Wellness line.
How to make a return or an exchange
 Follow the instructions that are detailed below:
We do not accept returns or exchanges of orders made through our online shop in a physical store.
If you would like to return an item and receive a refund for your online order, or make an exchange, you will have to process your return through our returns portal, click here  
Through our returns portal, you will have to:
1- Select the item/s you wish to return or exchange.
2- Select the reason why you wish to return or exchange your item/s.
3- Select “request return”.
4- Check that all of the information is correct and press send.
5- Lastly, print the returns label and follow the instructions.
6- Finally, take the package to your nearest drop off point* ensuring that the items are packaged securely.
7- If you have requested an exchange you will receive the new product in 3 to 5 business days after you placed the request.
*In Spain, Peninsula and Balearic Islands, to send your return, take your parcel to the nearest point of Correos.
*In Europe, to send your return, take your parcel to your nearest drop off point, depending on the carrier: Austrian Post in Austria, Bpost in Belgium, Ceska Posta in Czech Republic, Post Demmark in Denmark, Suomen Post in Finland, LaPoste in France, Deutsche Post in Germany, Hellenic Post in Greece, Hungary Post in Hungary, AnPost in Ireland, SDA in Italy, Luxembourg Post in Luxembourg, PostNL in the Netherlands, InPost in Poland, CTT in Portugal, Slovakian Post in Slovakia, Sweden Post in Sweden.
